2024 Spring Wrestling begins on March 25th!

Practices will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm in the High School wrestling room until the end of the school year!

Spring practices are open to any age level and to anyone from anywhere. We have an open room to anyone.

COST IS FREE!

**We will be have strenth and conditioning/ mental training sessions Monday through Thursday 3-4pm if interested!

**You do not need to register for the Spring session, you just attend practice**
